MONDAY - 6.30am

TUESDAY - 6.30am (Stand Up Paddle Boarding) - recommences 20th September 2011

WEDNESDAY - 6.30am

THURSDAY - 9.15am

FRIDAY - 6.30am, 9.30am

SATURDAY - 7.30am

SUNDAY - 8am 

About Our Classes - Classes cater for all ages and all kayaking experience levels. Our professional instructors will provide stroke correction, fitness training and expert tips to improve your kayaking technique and fitness level. Classes are for one hour , so get your fitness in before work. Come down and try a class today!

Cost - $25 per session (includes instructor, kayak, lifejacket and paddle hire)
