PADDLE FITNESS CLASS START TIMES

MONDAY - 6.30am

TUESDAY - 9.15am 

WEDNESDAY - 6.30am

THURSDAY - 9.15pm, 6.00pm

FRIDAY - 6.30am, 9.30am (Ladies Class)

SATURDAY - 7.30am

SUNDAY - 8am 

Paddle Fitness Classes - Classes cater for all ages and all kayaking experience levels. Our professional instructors will provide stroke correction, fitness training and expert tips to improve your kayaking technique and fitness level. Classes are for one hour. Come down and try a class today!

 

Cost - $25 per session (includes kayak and paddle hire)
